Driving directions
 Show your customers turn-by-turn directions to, and from, each of your locations. Each leg of their trip can includes distance and time estimates.
By choosing Dynamic street maps, your customers will also be shown an interactive map that marks their starting and ending points.

Conditional search
This powerful option allows your customers to narrow their searches to locations with one or more attributes. For example, only locations offering certain brands, products and/or services could be shown. If no condition is selected, there are no restrictions placed on the locations displayed.
With this option, you can also preselect a condition based on a customer's path to the locator. For example, if customers enter the locator through your service site, their searches can be automatically narrowed to service centers instead of retail locations.

Amenity listing
Search result listings can include text or graphical information displaying the products, services or anything else associated with a given location.

|
Trip planner
This option allows your customer to specify both a starting and ending point for a trip. They are then presented with turn-by-turn driving directions for that trip featuring each of your locations along the travel route.

Menus, coupons and promotional material
Your locator can provide valuable information about each of your stores to interested customers. For example, you can link directly to location-specific marketing material allowing customers to access coupons, menus, flyers and anything else you can think of.

Multi-language
Your customers can search for locations in the language of their choice. For example, your single location database can power an English, Spanish and French version of your locator with no additional work needed from you. You can even use a different site design depending on the language chosen.

Virtual and Sublocators
Do you need more than one locator? Save money and time with a Virtual or Sublocator. Multiple locators can be driven off of a single database. This means only one upload (less work), multiple looks for each locator and a lower price than purchasing completely separate locators.
Virtual locator are a perfect choice if each locator can work in the same way, using all or part of your data, and simply require a different "wrapper" for branding. Additional options added for one Virtual locator must apply to all Virtual locators.
Sublocators are completely independent, except for a shared database. For example, mix and match options, have completely different layouts for your locators, different sizes and colors for your maps and more.

Enhanced reporting
 Enhanced Reporting gives you a wide range of detailed usage information.
Some of these reports include: how your users are searching for locations and which conditions were selected;
historical usage information showing how many searches were performed each day and month; how many times a location showed up in a search result -- anywhere or at the top of the list; how many searches were performed near popular cities, etc.
Some reports graphically display where your locations are and where users are searching. This can provide valuable feedback on where you may want to
expand your sales territory, build new locations, how well marketing campaigns are working, and more.

APIs
Know-Where offers a variety of APIs that allow the integration of search results, driving directions, maps and more into your various applications, e-commerce solutions, etc.
Calling our APIs is as simple as creating a properly formatted query string. Results can be returned in XML, tab-delimitted text, comma-seperated values or any custom format you require.

Works with other Know-Where solutions
Features like SMS text messaging and wireless support can be easily integrated. Your toll-free telephone locator can also be powered off of the same system.
