Search Options
Finding your locations is based on user input. Input options include:

Standard text
Your customers can search by by city name, city and state, ZIP code, area code, or telephone exchange as well as province and postal code with Canadian support.
Our powerful spelling correction software will fix nearly all spelling errors entered by users. For example, "Buloxi, MI" will be corrected to "Biloxi, MS". In short, your customers will see more lists of locations instead of annoying error messages.

Know-Where can provide additional search options, including the ability to search by full street address, store numbers, names of sales representatives and virtually anything else you may need.

Map clicks
This is one of our most powerful search options and the most popular with our end-users -- the ability to find your locations with a simple mouse-click. When given the option, a majority of customers prefer to search using these interactive maps instead of entering a city name, ZIP code, etc.
Map searches can begin at any level -- the world, a country, or just the states or provinces where you have locations. Results can be displayed after the first mouse-click, or zoom-in for a more precise search. If you'd like, all locations within a state can be listed, typically sorted by city name, on each state page.
Sizes and colors for these country and region maps are up to you. Your maps can can also display markers for each of your locations. In addition, when a state is "moused-over" it can be highlighted and display the state name and the number of locations it contains.
